1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using curenium.plannorium.com (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). As Curenium is a global platform, these terms apply to all users worldwide, subject to local variations required by mandatory laws in your specific jurisdiction.

2. Our Service

Curenium provides a secure cloud platform for hospitals and organizations to manage clinical workflows and patient care. We endeavor to acquire all necessary healthcare and operational licenses required in the countries of operation following local regulations. The service is provided “as is” during our test phase.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Only authorised hospital staff may use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use & User Duty

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to circumvent security or access data you are not authorised to see.
  • Use the Platform for any purpose other than its intended healthcare workflow.
  • Share login details or allow unauthorised access.
  • Violate any local laws or regulations applicable in your current place of use.

It is the user's primary duty to ensure their use of the Platform complies with the rules and regulations of their specific country or location. All use must also comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, design, software and content belong to Curénium / Plannorium Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Platform during your subscription.

6. Data Ownership & Processing

  • You (or your hospital) retain ownership of any data you upload.
  • By uploading data you confirm you have all necessary consents or lawful bases under UK GDPR.
  • We process data only as your processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that you must accept before uploading sensitive data.

7. Fees & Payments

Pricing is currently determined by individual hospital contracts. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Platform. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free service (test phase).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months (or £100 if free).
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of data, profits or patient outcomes.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
